Our Patient Portal: How to Sign Up and More

Our patient portal is an online gateway that lets patients manage their personal health information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Developed by athenahealth, the same service we use to store Electronic Medical Records (EMR), the portal gives our patients the same direct access to their health information that doctors enjoy.

What is the Patient Portal?

The portal puts your health information in your hands. That includes lab and test results, secure messaging with your doctor, prescription requests and refills, account balances, and online bill payment. Once signed up, you can even schedule visits with your doctor directly through the portal. And because it is built by the same company that stores your health records, your data stays secure.

How do I sign up for the Patient Portal?

Signing up takes only a few minutes. Visit our patient portal at [portal link], select the sign-up option, and follow the steps to enter your information, verify your identity, and set your password. That's it. From there you can allow family members to help manage your care, view test and lab results, request or schedule appointments, exchange secure messages with your doctor, and request prescriptions and refills.

What can I do with the portal?
